Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: [insert date]

This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds or returns may be available for event tickets and merchandise purchased through Merciless Fight Promotions (“MFP”) or our authorised partners.

1. Event Tickets

All ticket sales are generally final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.

1.1 Event Cancellation

If an event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, you will normally be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid (excluding any non-refundable booking or processing fees, where applicable).

1.2 Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will usually remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within a specified timeframe, which will be communicated at the time of rescheduling.

1.3 Changes That Do Not Qualify for Refund

The following changes do not normally entitle you to a refund:

  • Changes to the fight card (e.g. opponent or bout changes).
  • Changes to fight order or number of fights.
  • Fighter withdrawals or replacements.
  • Reasonable venue changes within the same area or city.
  • Weather-related delays where the event proceeds.
  • Late arrival, missed fights or no-show by the ticket holder.

2. Merchandise

If we sell physical merchandise (such as clothing or accessories), the following terms apply:

2.1 Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • The wrong item was sent.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receiving the item, with your order details and photos of the issue.

2.2 Conditions for Returns

Returned items should normally be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (unless faulty).
  • In their original condition and packaging (where possible).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.3 Items That Are Normally Non-Returnable

  • Used or heavily worn items (unless faulty).
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Digital products or downloads.
  • Sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-refundable.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, it will usually be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
