Refund & Returns Policy

Event Tickets
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Changes to fight cards, running orders or fighters do not normally qualify for a refund.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds may be issued for the ticket value (excluding booking or processing fees charged by third-party platforms).
Event Postponement
If an event is rescheduled, tickets usually remain valid for the new date. Refunds may not be offered solely due to scheduling changes.
Third-Party Ticketing
If you purchased tickets via a third-party (e.g. Skiddle, Eventbrite, gym reps), their refund policies apply and you may need to contact them directly.
Merchandise
Physical merchandise purchased directly from MFP may be returned if faulty or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original condition unless defective.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us with order details and photos. We may offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Processing Refunds
Where refunds are approved, they will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Timing may vary depending on payment providers.
