Ownership of Content

Unless stated otherwise, all content associated with Merciless Fight Promotions (MFP) is owned or licensed by MFP. This includes promotional artwork, event photography and video, logos, branding, written content, and website layout.

Personal Use

You may share MFP content for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you do not modify or distort the content, remove branding, or claim ownership.

Fighter, Coach & Gym Use

Fighters, coaches and gyms participating in MFP events may share official posters, photography and highlight clips to promote their involvement, provided MFP branding and sponsor marks remain intact.

Commercial Use & Third-Party Media

Any commercial use of MFP content (including advertising, merchandise, documentary use or broadcast) requires written permission. Accredited media may be given specific usage terms and credit requirements.

User-Generated Content

By attending an MFP event, you may appear in photographs and videos used for promotional purposes. If you submit content to us or tag MFP online, you grant MFP permission to reshare it on our platforms with credit where reasonably possible.

Takedown Requests

If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact us with proof of ownership and details of the content in question. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
